Some customers will directly choose the metal mold because they need the high air tightness requirements of the product.

For metal molds, only low pressure / gravity / die casting, etc

Although in general, low pressure casting is better than gravity casting

But for aircraft wheels, gravity casting should be appropriate

Of course, forging is the best process

Die casting wheel hub is too brittle

Anodizing and mechanical hardening will also be done after grinding / milling and lathe machining.
