Matching calculation formula of hydraulic motor

1) Calculation formula of hydraulic motor speed:

Hydraulic motor speed = (user demand) reducer speed * (recommended by the supplier) reducer reduction ratio.

 

If (user demand) the speed of the reducer is 40 rpm,

(recommended by the supplier) the reduction ratio of reducer omh5 is 3.86:1,

 

Then: hydraulic motor speed = (user demand) reducer speed 40 R / min * (recommended by the supplier) reducer reduction ratio 3.86 = 154 R / min

 

2) Calculation formula of hydraulic motor torque (reducer input torque):

Hydraulic motor torque (reducer input torque) = reducer output torque / (reducer reduction ratio * reducer working efficiency)

 

For example, the output torque of the reducer is 750nm (the torque required by the user to supply the working load)

The reduction ratio of the reducer is 3.86:1,

The working efficiency of the reducer is 90%,

 

Then: hydraulic motor torque (reducer input torque) = reducer output torque 750nm / (reduction ratio 3.86 * efficiency 90%) = 215.88nm

 

*It is recommended that the output torque of the hydraulic motor should be greater than the configured reducer input torque (for example, the hydraulic motor torque is 283nm, and the matched reducer input torque should be less than 283nm, for example, the reducer input torque is 216 nm or less), otherwise it cannot rotate.

 

 3) Flow calculation formula of hydraulic motor:

Flow = speed * displacement

 

Such as hydraulic motor

The speed is 511 RPM (round / min, revolutions per minute, strokes per minute),

The displacement is 310 CC / R (ml / round, ml / R, stroke volume 310 cc per stroke),

 

Then: hydraulic motor flow = 511 RPM * 310 CC / r = 158410 ml / min = 158.41 LPM (liter / min) = 9504.6 L / h (liter / hour L / h)
